SAP migration
When the organisation moved to SAP in 2015, C2G redesigned the solution to extract planning and actual costs, perform planning and allocation, and return final results to SAP.
Continued evolution
C2G adapted the model when reporting moved from cost centres to WBS elements and upgraded it to SAP BPC 10.1 and PCM 10.1 while preserving the required controls.
